Watch this brief summary of the second panel discussion at Design Public III in New Delhi. The discussion focused on the relationship between participation, collaboration and innovation, during which panelists talked about the role of technology in garnering participation from citizens and the larger community, specifically in issues of governance, policy reform, and public service delivery.
